It all started in 1990 from the basement of a Scarborough (suburb of Toronto, Canada) townhouse. Today, Nana's Hair Place is a unisex hair salon with a convenient beauty supply shop. Our talents, expertise and creativity has swiftly grown our business.

To accommodate the needs of our expanding patrons, we have located our principal salon at the heart of Toronto’s Afro/Caribbean shopping district of Eglinton Avenue and Keele Street.

At present, our specialized team employs the hottest techniques in African hair designs and cosmetology services including braiding, weaving, cornrows, twisting, micro braids, relaxing, etc.

Our beauty supply retail section stocks the finest brands in hair care, skin care and accessories. This includes a wide assortment of 100% human or synthetic hairs and your favourite cosmetics.
